PBL 教学法在呼吸内科临床教学中的应用

【摘要】To elaborate and evaluate the concept of PBL and the essentiality of application of PBL in respiratory medicine teaching .To analyze and evaluate the implement and significance of PBL .PBL improves medical student’s learning activeness ,expression and communication competent ,logical thinking capacity and clinical skil s .However ,both teachers and students don’t know wel about PBL .The elaborateness of problem-design and the knowledge structure of teachers need to strengthen . Lateral ties among different subjects of curriculum need further perfection . Moreover , the supporting teaching facilities need to be improved to promote PBL to carry out smoothly and deeply .% 阐述“基于问题式学习”（PBL）的教学理念及呼吸内科学领域引入 PBL 教学的必要性，分析和评价目前的 PBL 教学的具体实施方式及意义。通过PBL 教学，学生自主学习的积极性，表达沟通能力，逻辑思维的严谨性都得到了明显的提高，同时对于临床思维的形成和建立也具有重要的意义。但是，不管是教师还是学生，对于这一新的教学模式尚存在认识方面的不足。问题设计的精巧性以及教师的知识结构需要进一步完善，课程设置时亦需进一步顾及不同学科间的横向联系。另外，配套的教学设施需要进一步改善，以适应 PBL 教学的顺利和深入开展。
