瓷修复体崩瓷后树脂粘接剂联合高强纤维修补的临床效果

【摘要】目的：探讨瓷修复体崩瓷后树脂粘接剂联合高强纤维口内修补的临床效果。方法：对44例前牙或前磨牙修复体崩瓷患者采取树脂粘接剂联合高强树脂纤维口内修补，随访观察6个月－2年。结果：40例修补后修复体均无松动、脱落及变色，修复效果良好。结论：若适应症选择合适，树脂粘接剂联合高强纤维口内修补崩瓷修复体可取得良好的修复效果。%Objective:To investigate the Clinical effect of restoration using high-strength fiber and resin binder on fractured porcelain restorations. Method:44 cases who underwent intraoral restorations using high-strength fiber and resin binder for fractured anterior and premolar porcelain crowns in Shanghai Stomatology Disease Centre from Jan 2012 to Dec 2013 were enrolled in this study and follow-up observations from 6 month to 2 years were implemented. Result:After the restorations to 40 cases,achieved ideal clinical results without loosening,loss or discoloration
of
prosthesis.
