【摘要】目的 建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定盐酸羟甲唑啉喷雾剂中三氯叔丁醇含量的方法.方法 采用Kromasil色谱柱,以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 4.0)-乙腈-甲醇(45:40:15)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温35 ℃,检测波长210 nm.结果 三氯叔丁醇在0.1999～0.5998 mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.16 %,RSD为0.34 %.结论 该方法简便、快速、准确、专属性强,可用于盐酸羟甲唑啉喷雾剂中三氯叔丁醇的检测.%Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorobutanol in Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride Spray. Methods A Kromasil chromatographic column was adopted with phosphate buffer (pH 4.0)-acetonitrile -methanol (45:40:15) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The linear range of chlorobutanol was 0.1999-0.5998 mg/ml (r=0.9997) and the average recovery was 99.16 %, with RSD of 0.34 %. Conclusion The method can be simple, rapid, accurate and specific, and can be used for the determination of chlorobutanol in Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride Spray. 【总页数】4页(210-213)
