CBL和PBL双轨式教学在胃肠外科住院医师规范化培训中

【摘要】Objective To explore the application effect on the combination of Case Based Learning(CBL) and Problem Based Learning(PBL) in resident standardization training of gastrointestinal surgery. Methods 37 residents of standardization training in gastrointestinal surgery were selected, and they were trained with CBL+PBL dual-track teaching mode. We evaluated the teaching effects before and after the CBL+PBL teaching mode by given examinations and questionnaire surveys. Results Students in CBL+PBL dual-track teaching mode shown better performance compared with traditional teaching mode (P<0.05). Survey results indicated that students' self-study ability and clinical thinking ability, informative ability and language expression ability (P<0.05). were obviously increased by CBL+PBL teaching mode. Conclusion CBL+PBL dual-track teaching model can help improve the comprehensive abilities of residents of standardization training in gastrointestinal surgery, but it also needs to explore and practice continuously.%目的:探讨以案例为基础的教学(Case-Based Learning,CBL)与以问题为基础的教学(Problem-Based Learning, PBL)双轨式结合,在胃肠外科住院医师规范化培训中的应
