【摘要】Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing in severe pancreatitis.Methods 30 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital were selected,of which the control group received routine nursing measures,the observation group received the professional quality of nursing care. Comparative analysis of death and disease occurrence,changes
of
two
groups
of
patients
with
complications.Results The patients in the observation group complication probability was 6.67%,the mortality was 0% in the observation group,the complication rate was 33.33%,mortality rate was 13.33%,the observation group were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion In the clinical treatment and nursing of severe acute pancreatitis,high quality of nursing professional can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的：探讨优质护理在重症胰腺炎护理中的应用效果。方法选用我院于2014年5月～8月间收治的重症胰腺炎患者30例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各15例，其中对照组接受常规护理措施，观察组接受专业优质护理。对比分析两组患者的并发症发生情况、死亡情况与病情变化。结果观察组患者并发症发生机率为6.67%（1/15），死亡率0.00%，对照组患者并发症发
