【摘要】目的：探讨责任制整体护理在急性上消化道出血内镜下治疗患者中的应用。方法：收治急性上消化道出血接受内镜下治疗的患者120例，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组60例，观察组采取责任制整体护理，对照组给予常规护理，比较两组的治疗效果及患者满意率。结果：观察组一次性止血成功率明显高于对照组，再出血率低于对照组，患者满意程度高于对照组。结论：在急性上消化道出血内镜治疗中开展责任制整体护理，能够改善临床症状、提高治疗效果，预防再出血的发生。%Objective:To explore the application of responsibility system holistic nursing care in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding under endoscopy.Methods:20 patients with acute upper digestive tract hemorrhage treated by endoscopic treatment were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each.
