【摘要】社会中妇女所处的不利的文化环境和偏低的社会经济地位等因素决定了妇女更容易受到艾滋病的侵袭,HIV感染女性尤其是孕产妇应当受到社会的关怀和帮助.然而在HIV感染孕妇妊娠的选择过程中存在着尖锐的伦理学冲突,是选择终止妊娠还是其他措施,已不再是一个为防止母婴传播的简单临床决策问题,尊重原则、有利不伤害原则和公正原则是艾滋病防治过程中也是HIV感染孕妇妊娠结局选择过程中的重要原则.%In most societies, women are more vulnerable than men to the imbalance of powers, inequality of opportunities, social discrimination and violation of human rights. Unfavorable cultural environment, low socioeconomic status and other adverse factors increase the vulnerability of women to HIV infection. In the view of this, HFV-infected women, especially pregnant women deserve social care and help. However, plenty of fierce ethic conflicts which arc worth consdering deeply are brought in the choice of pregnant outcome of HIV infected pregnant women and it is no longer a simple clinic decision of either terminate pregnancy or other measures to
prevent
mother-to-child
transmission.
Respect,
beneficence/nonmalefieence and justice are the important principles notonly in the process of prevent AIDS but also in the choice of
