肺癌患者血清MMP-9和TIMP-1检测的临床意义

【摘要】Objective To investigate the serum expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinase-l(TIMP-l) in lung cancer patients and healthy people,and its relationship with clinical pathological features, including staging, the degree of tumor differentiation, the size of tumor, the lymph node metastasis status and distant metastasis, etc. Methods The serum expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in lung caner patients and healthy people were tested by ELISA and analyzed statistically. Results The serum expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in lung caner patients were significantly higher than that of healthy people (P<0. 01) ,and the levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 was positively related with staging,tumor size,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0. 05) ,and they were negatively related with the degree of differentiation(P<0. 05). The levels of MMP 9 and TIMP 1 were not related with age,gender,smoking history and pathological type(P>0. 05).
