【摘要】Objective To explore the clinical value of triple examination with 64-slice spiral CT chest angiography(CTA) in diagnosis of acute chest pain. Methods 80 patients with acute chest pain as study group underwent CTA. The examinations of coronary artery,pulmonary artery and aorta were done one time under ECG-gated. 50 patients received only 64-slice computed tomography coronary angiography, pulmonary angiography and aortic angiography as control group. The image quality of CTA in two groups was evaluated. Results The image quality of control group was better than that of study group, but there was of significant statistical difference between study group and the control group (χ =324. 4,P = 0. 00). There were no statistical difference between two groups and intragroup about the image quality of aorta, pulmonary artery including ascending aorta,aortic arch,descending aorta and the central pulmonary artery, peripheral pulmonary artery (P>0. 05) , the image quality of two groups was as the same as batter.
