论企业核心竞争力的培育
摘 要
在知识经济时代,构建强大而持久的企业核心竞争力,是企业发展的基石,是我国企业不断壮大并融入国际市场的先决条件,面对目前我国在培育企业核心竞争力中存在的问题, 企业应当尽量克服并积极采取对策,努力转向注重自身资源、能力的积累, 积极完善企业核心竞争力, 制定长期的战略规划, 体现自身的竞争优势, 使企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
本文通过对中小企业核心竞争力培育的方法进行分析和论证,并以海尔(Haier)集团为例,借鉴成功企业的核心竞争力进行分析和论证,以唤起企业的竞争意识和发展观念,提高效率、树立核心价值体系,号召中小企业利用新的管理理念,不断创新,应用新的管理方法和控制手段来实现生产经营管理,积极寻求企业新的利润增长点,实现我国企业科学、高效地发展。

On the cultivation of core competitiveness of enterprises

Abstract
In the era of knowledge economy, building strong and lasting enterprise core competitive ability, is the enterprise the cornerstone of development, is our country enterprise expands unceasingly and into the international market, face the prerequisites in cultivating enterprise in China at present problems existing in the core competitiveness, the enterprise shall try to overcome and actively take countermeasures, efforts to pay attention to the accumulation of its resources, ability, actively improve enterprise core competitive strength, formulate long-term strategic planning, manifest its competitive advantage, make enterprise in the fierce market competition.
This article through to small and medium-sized enterprises method of cultivating core competence, and analysis and reasoning with Haier group for example, draw lessons from successful enterprise's core competitive ability analysis and reasoning to arouse the enterprise the competitive consciousness and development concepts, improve efficiency, establish a core value system, and called for small and medium-sized enterprises using new management concept, unceasingly innovation and application of new management methods and control means to achieve production management, actively seeking enterprise new profit growth point, realize our country enterprise scientific and efficient development.
