沙利度胺联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效观察

【摘要】目的 观察沙利度胺联合TP方案对比单纯TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和安全性.方法 将70例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为对照组及试验组,对照组采用TP方案,试验组在此基础上加用沙利度胺,对比两组的近期缓解率、疾病进展时间(TTP)及不良反应.结果 试验组客观有效率为51.4％,疾病控制率为71.4％;对照组客观有效率为37.1％,疾病控制率为60.0％,差异未见统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组患者中位疾病进展时间分别为5.6、3.1个月,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).主要不良反应为神经毒性、乏力、嗜睡.结论 沙利度胺联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效满意,未增加不良反应.%Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of thalidomide combined with TP regimen and TP regimen alone in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Seventy patients with advanced non-smaill cell lung cancer were enrolled in the analysis and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.All the patients received cisplatin plus paclitaxel regimen chemotherapy,the treatment group received thalidomide combined with TP regimen.Results The objective response rate and the disease control rate were 51.4％,71.4％ in the treatment group and 37.1％,60.0％ in the control group respectively.There was no significant difference
