多排螺旋CT在泌尿系统疾病中的应用

【摘要】ObjectiveDiscuss the application value of MDCT in diagnosing diseases of urinary system.Methods Analysis CT imaging ifndings of 45 patients with urinary system diseases, MDCT volume scan to all these patients. And phase 4 enhancement scan was performed in 21 patients, and the original data was sent to the workstation where image post-processing was carried out by three dimensional reconstruction techniques.Results Spiral CT can clearly and intuitively show the stereo direction of the location, form, properties, and around relation of lesion through dealing with images by three dimension reconstruction techniques.Conclusion MDCT has critical application value in diagnosis of urinary system diseases.%目的：探讨多排螺旋CT在泌尿系疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析45例泌尿系疾病患者的CT影像表现，所有患者均进行多排螺旋CT容积扫描，21例进行4期增强扫描，将原始数据传至工作站，应用三维重建技术进行图像后处理。结果螺旋CT通过三维重建技术处理的图像，能够清晰、立体、直观的显示病变的位置、形态、性质、与周围结构的关系。结论多排螺旋CT在泌尿系疾病的诊断方面具有重要的应用价值。 【总页数】2页(154-155)
