近期，雾霾天气频频发生，PM2.5(可入肺颗粒物)与PM10(可吸入颗粒物)这两个此前不被人熟知的词最近一直被许多人提及，环境保护越来越受到人们的关注。作为一名青少年，我们如何尽自己的微薄之力来保护环境，请以学生会的名义发出一个倡议。

提纲作文的关键就是审好题，审题时应做到三定：①定体裁；②定人称；③定时态。
如本篇为倡议书，属于应用文；以第一人称为主；时态主要是一般现在时。 2．谋篇
提纲类作文虽然有简要的提纲，但只是对文章的提示和概括，并不是主题句，我们在谋篇时要提炼出文章的主题句，然后围绕主题句进行扩展。
如本文首先要介绍雾霾天气频繁发生，给人们的健康造成了危害，从而说明保护环境的重要性；然后应介绍如何保护环境，应采取哪些措施。
