超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合血脂、尿酸检测在诊断急性
冠脉综合症(ACS)中的应用

【摘要】 Objective To study the value of combined detecting hs-CRP,lipids,uric acid and other indicators in the ACS diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods By detecting the serum hs-CRP,lipids and uric acid of patients and healthy group and investigating the distribution and correlation of these indicators in these populations,it wil provide the experimental basis for clinical diagnosis of ACS.Results The level of hs-CRP、UA、TG、TC、APOA in stable angina pectoris,unstable angina pectoris,myocardial infarction was significantly higher than healthy group,(P<0.01).The level of hs-CRP was positively related to UA、TC and APOB,but negatively related to HDL.Conclusions Hs-CRP is closely related to the occurrence,development and the severity of the ACS.And combined with lipids and uric acid,hs-CRP has a great clinical application in ACS diagnosis and differential diagnosis.% 目的初步探讨hs-CRP、血脂、尿酸等指标联合检测在ACS诊断与鉴别诊断上的应用.方法通过检测ACS患者、健康对照者血清中hs-CRP、尿酸(UA)、血脂等指标水平，了解这些指标在这些人群中的分布以及其相关性，为临床诊断ACS提供实验依据.结果稳定性心绞痛、不稳定性心绞痛、心肌梗死组hs-CRP、
UA、TG、TC、APOA水平均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)，且hs-CRP与UA、TC、APOB成明显正相关，与HDL成明显负相关.结论 hs-CRP与ACS的发生、发展、病情严重程度有着密切的关系，与血脂、尿酸、血脂等联合检测，在ACS的诊断与鉴别诊断上有很大的临床应用前景. 【总页数】2页(70-71)
