利多卡因在眩晕症治疗中的应用效果观察

【摘要】Objective Clinical effect of lidocaine medication in treatment of vertigo is to be observed. Methods Choose 36 patients with vertigo who are treated in hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 and separate them into two groups;patients in control group are given therapy, while patients in study group are given additional lidocaine medication treatment; and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group (94.12%) is higher than that in control group (78.95%);there is a treatment differential between two groups, and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05). Conclusion Lidocaine medication is of high efifciency and medication safety in treatment of vertigo with few side effects; thus, such a medication approach is quite worthwhile to be promoted widespread.%目的：观察眩晕症应用利多卡因治疗的临床效果。方法选取2012年4月～2013年4月间我院收治的眩晕症患者36例，对照组单纯应用复方丹参注射液静脉滴注治疗，实验组在其基础上应用利多卡因联合治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率（94.12%）与对照组（78.95%）比较相对较高，两组患者临床疗效差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论眩晕症应用利多卡因治疗疗效满意，副反应少，安全性高。
