基于移动互联网的业务质量和用户感知评测方法研究

【摘要】为了保证互联网业务的实际用户体验,如何有效评估移动互联网业务的感知在运营商的网络优化中处于越来越重要的地位。选取目前运营商网络中渗透率较高的HTTP网页浏览、流媒体播放2项典型移动互联网业务,研究了相关的测试原理、测试方法和评估指标,并给出了基于该方法实际测试得到的数据进行业务质量和用户感知分析的思路和案例。采用该方法进行评测分析,能够直观地进行不同运营商之间的业务质量对比,发现网络问题,促进感知提升。%In order to ensure the actual user experience of Internet business, how to effectively assess the perception of mobile Internet services plays an important role in the network management of operation. Based on the high penetration mobile Internet ser-vices in current network such as HTTP pages and streaming media play, the test theory, test methods and evaluation indicators were researched. Then it gives the analyzing ideas and cases of service quality and user perception based on the test data ob-tained by the evaluation methods, to compare different operators intuitively, find quality problems, and promote the improve-ments of user perception. 【总页数】5页(40-44)
