云南富广高速公路绿化项目经理部QC小组

1、工程概况

云南富宁（K82+594.319）至广南（鸡街）（K149+711.812）高速公路地处滇东南高原的东部边缘，地势西高东低，起伏较大，灰岩路段岩溶发育，碎屑岩路段侵蚀切割较深，工程地质条件较复杂。通过挖方边坡规模、岩土性质综合分析，对高边坡、陡边坡或不稳定边坡进行了详细工程设计。重点是确定边坡形式（坡率）、稳定性验算、防护加固工程、排水工程及景观的绿化、美化设计等。

根据边坡的工程地质条件等具体情况，边坡采用锚杆格子梁、预应力锚杆、预应力锚索地梁、人字形衬砌拱等支挡形式，同时结合客土喷播植草及喷射厚层基材植被等绿化形式进行坡面防护，防止边坡失稳、坡面风化、剥蚀。

我项目部承担的合同段内客土喷播数量约为33000m2，喷播厚度设计为12cm。客土喷播相关设计如边坡防护图： 2、小组简介

本QC小组成立于2007年9月。小组由高福记担任组长，负责QC小组质量教育、计划安排及日常工作开展。小组成员由项目部主要管理技术人员组成。QC小组原则上每个月集中两次，按照QC小组PDCA循环开展活动。平时根据需要，灵活组织小范围的分析研究，解决出现的施工技术问题。

本QC小组主要成员在2003~2007年间为中铁二局岩土公司西藏项目部和云南富广高速交安项目部QC小组成员，曾针对《提高青藏铁路路基边坡植草质量》和《特殊条件下保证路侧波形梁护栏立柱位置的精确度》课题进行攻关活动，达到预期目标，并获得局级奖励。
