【摘要】Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of six components in Fuke Qianjin tablets including ferulic
acid,chlorogenic
acid,berberine
hydrochloride,andrographolide,dehydroandrographolide and lobetyolin to provide the quality guarantee for the preparation. Methods:A Waters XBridgeTM C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm) column was used. 0. 1% Phos-phoric acid and acetonitrile were used as the mobile phase with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The detection wave-length was 326,316,225,254 and 268 nm, respectively. The column temperature was at 35 ℃, and the injection volume was 10μl. Results:The linear range of ferulic acid, chlorogenic acid, berberine hydrochloride, andrographolide, dehydroandrographolide and lo-betyolin was 0.709-28.360 μg·ml-1(RSD=0.4%), 0.459-18.350 μg·ml-1(RSD=0.1%), 0.510-20.380 μg·ml-1(RSD=0.7%), 1.259-50.360 μg·ml-1(RSD=0.5%),0.829-33.140μg·ml-1(RSD=0.9%) and 1.709-68.340 μg·ml-1(RSD=0.4%), respectively. The average recovery was 99.5%, 99.85%, 98.8%, 99.4%, 98.5% and 98.9%(n=6), respectively. Conclusion: The method is suitable for determining erulic acid, chlorogenicacid,
