converter circuit 1 comprises a transistor Q1 of turning on/off input voltage Vin, a reactor L2, the diode D2 for circulation where an anode is connected to a ground line and a cathode is connected to a connecting point of the reactors L1, L2, and which emits energy stored in the reactor L2 when the transistor Q1 is off, and an electric field effect transistor Q2 connected to the diodes for circulating current D2 in parallel. A control circuit 4 transmits control signals to a driving circuit 3 for turning on the electric field effect transistor Q2 while the transistor Q1 is off, so that the electric field effect transistor Q2 may not be synchronously turned on when the transistor Q1 is on.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
