探索基于病情描述的预约挂号登记模式

【摘要】Patients with dominant Reservation mode is one of the outpatient appointment registration mode commonly used at present. Hospital only provide booking resources, and patients have to choose their own reservation department, professional level with the doctor.This pattern exist blind booking cause resource waste, real-name authentication link postposition, can not alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of the source, etc. To solve the above problems, to explore a kind of appointment registration model which based on illness description, outside the inherent reservation link, increase human review of identity information and patient information mechanism, so as to achieve the purpose of the rational allocation of resources, the balance of supply and demand structure, verification identification. Analyze appointment data of a top three hospital in 2015 by x2 test, the results show that fail to keep an appointment rate fell from 20.34% to 7.99% (P < 0.01) after making an appointment registration model based on condition description, significantly lower than that of patients with dominant type reservation mode.
