【摘要】Objective: To establish a qualiifcation and evaluation system for clinical instructors for Master of Nurisng Specialist, and provide effective basis for the selection, training, and evaluation of the instructors. Methods: Through literature review, open questionnaire survey, and experts interviews to set the preliminary index system. The Delphi method was used for two rounds of 33 experts' consultations. Result: In the two rounds of consultations, experts' positive coefifcients were 87.9% and 89.7%, respectively. The authoritative coefifcients of experts were 0.853 and 0.872, respectively. The Kendall'sW coefficients were 0.231and 0.295, both of them were statistical significance (P<0.01). The evaluation system included 9 access indicators, 5 dimensions, 19 evaluation indicators, and 56 evaluation items. Conclusion: The whole system for clinical instructors of Master of Nursing Specialist is highly scientific, which is able to serve as an effective tool to manage clinic instructors.%目的:建立护理硕士专业学位研究生临床带教老师资格考评体系,为该部分带教老师的选拔、培训及考核提供科学依据。方法:在文献查阅、开放式问卷调查及专家访谈的基础上初步确定指标体系,通过德尔菲法对33名
