5、除餐厅工作人员外，其他人员未经允许一律不准进入厨房工作间。 6、围绕大多数老人习惯，制定和公布食谱，食谱要注意营养丰富，口味适宜，荤、素、粗、细搭配合理。
7、特殊情况，助养老人自备食品需要加工，须跟餐厅人员协商解决，食品出现问题由助养老人本人承担。
8、凡在餐厅就餐人员不得私自把餐具带出餐厅。
