64排螺旋CT图像重组技术在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用

【摘要】Objective Explore the value of 64-slice CT image reconstruction techniques in the diagnosis of rib fracture. Methods 56 patients underwent chest trauma volume of 64-slice spiral CT scan,the CT images
of
maximum
intensity
projection
(MIP),surface
cover(SSD),volume rendering(VRT),multi-planar
reconstruction(MPR),curved planar reconstruction(CPR) and other image restructuring treatment. 56 cases of chest trauma patients were doing X-ray examination. Results 56 patients,a clear fracture in 53 cases,a total of 521 fractures,CT detected 504,fracture detection rate of 96. 7%,X-ray detected 406,the detec-tion rate of 78%. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT image reconstruction technology can multi-angle,multi-faceted,multi-planar rib fractures without effectively avoid the shortage of
conventional
CT
and
X-ray,reducing
the
rate
of
