摘要：本文根据对保安煤业资料的学习和研究，遵照《煤矿安全规程》和《煤炭工
业设计规范》的要求，充分运用所学的知识，以保安煤业开采的实际情况为依据，对保安煤业的开拓延伸进行设计。在设计中尽量做到危险最少，效益好，把保安煤业建成高产高效的矿井，为我国的煤炭生产作出贡献。
保安煤业矿井设计的主要内容有：生产能力的确定、井田开拓系统设计、采煤方法设计、通风安全设计及技术经济分析等。
该井田可采煤层共有六层，属无烟煤。本次设计矿井的生产能力为1.5Mt/a。为有效防治瓦斯灾害，设计建立瓦斯抽放系统，结合煤层赋存条件，设计采煤方法为倾斜长壁（条带）全部垮落采煤法，采煤工艺为综合机械化一次采全高。
在对开拓系统及采煤方法进行设计的同时，对顶板管理及支护方式进行了说明，对矿井运输及提升系统进行了设备选型，并对采区及全矿所需风量进行了计算及风机选型，然后，是矿山防止特殊灾害的安全措施说明。最后，对整个矿井设计的经济技术指标进行了说明。

Abstract
In this paper, based on information BAOAN Coal learning and research, in accordance with the \the coal industry,\of coal mining, based on the BAOAN coal mine design. In the design of the risk at least as far as possible, effective, and the BAOAN Coal Industry into highly efficient and high-yielding coal mines, China's coal production.
The Mine Design of BAOAN Coal Industry is consists of determining and verifying the production capacity, designing the development system and the ventilation system, selecting mining methods, and technical economic analysis etc.
There are six minable seams in this coal mine which belongs to anthracite. Its certified annual production capacity is 1.5 million tons per year. In order to prevent and control methane disaster, and set up the gas drainage system, the mining method is chosen to be Inclined Long Wall Fully Caving, with the comprehensive mechanization technology.
In addition to designing the development system and mining methods, this design also instruct the strata control and supporting mode. Meanwhile, the mining machinery and underground transport equipment, ventilation equipment, drainage equipment, air pressure equipment are all selected. Besides, the description and requirements on mine safety are detailed; Finally the entire techno-economic analysis of ore-body is evaluated.
The graphics of this design are all drawn by CAD software.
