家长参与幼儿园助教活动现状调查报告

摘要:家庭和幼儿园在儿童成长的过程中,属于两种不可替代的教育资源。这

两个方面对孩子的影响必须是相同的。家庭教育是幼儿园教育不可缺少的一部分。高水平的家庭共同教育可以确保幼儿的全面和谐发展。它还可以促进幼儿园教育和教学质量的提高。新颁布的幼儿园教育指导方针指出,家庭是幼儿园的重要合作伙伴,应遵循尊重、平等、合作的原则。获得父母的理解、支持和积极参与,积极支持父母提高教育能力。工作的出发点是充分利用父母的资源,实现家庭的相互合作和共同教育。在此基础上,从幼儿园家庭共同教育的问题入手。本文的撰写对家长的群体展开调查,通过问卷调查的形式对家长参与幼儿园的助教活动进行探讨,通过问卷调查报告的分析对幼儿园家庭合作中存在的问题的分析,通过对国外家庭共同教育的思考和启示,提出了有效的对策。实现幼儿教育与家庭教育的和谐发展。

Absrtact: families and kindergartens grow up in the process of children. It belongs

to two kinds of irreplaceable educational resources. The influence of these two aspects on children must be the same. Family education is an indispensable part of kindergarten education. Harmonious development. It can also promote the quality of kindergarten education and teaching, according to the newly issued guidelines for kindergarten education. The family is the important partner of kindergarten, should follow the principle of respect, equality and cooperation. Get the understanding of parents, support and actively participate, actively support parents to improve their educational ability. The starting point of work is to make full use ofParents' resources, the realization of mutual cooperation and common education of families. On this basis, starting with the problem of common education of kindergarten families.
