摘 要：Via a questionnaire survey and symposiums, we gain insights
into some problems existing in political life within the party of grass-roots party organizations, mainly including limited effectiveness of political life, arbitrariness in organizational activities, and incomplete implementation of principles of dem- ocratic centralism within the party. Based on cause analyses, we advance countermeasures such as starting with ideological education, practicing a stricter system for organization management, and strengthening supervision and enhancing accountability.
