摘 要：
PURPOSE:To manufacture a deformed strip of a complicated shape with good working accuracy at high speed by deburring a metal strip stock with a polisher after forming it in dissimilar section by cutting and thereafter executing a finish rolling.
CONSTITUTION:The strip 1 fed from a payoff reel 2 is initially the blank of a flat strip shown by a section 11. It is
preformed as shown in a section 12 by cutting it with a cutting equipment 3. The burr, roll over, etc., generated at that time are removed by the grinding action of a polisher 4, fed to the following finish forming rolling equipment 5, the surface roughness, shape and plate thickness are thereby secured and the deformed strip having the specified section 13 is
manufactured. Since the working amt. is small at this rolling stage, the rolling
speed can be increased and yet the strip product of good shape accuracy and dimensional accuracy of the
characteristics in rolling can be obtd.
