不同嫁接方式对厚皮甜瓜植株生长及果实性状的影响

【摘 要】以厚皮甜瓜品种‘M135’为接穗,白籽南瓜‘全能铁甲’为砧木,探讨插接、双断根插接、靠接和贴接4种嫁接方式对甜瓜植株生长及果实性状的影响。结果显示,嫁接普遍增强了植株长势,提高了产量。插接法嫁接植株667m2产量最高(2 788.89 kg),果实成熟最早,分别比对照增产23.65%,采收期提早7 d,与靠接法和对照相比,差异达显著水平。靠接法与自根苗植株产量低、熟性晚,而可溶性固形物含量较高(16%以上)。因此,插接法适用于早熟高产栽培;双断根和贴接法植株后期长势旺,适用于多茬留瓜栽培;靠接法与自根苗适用于甜瓜晚熟优质栽培 【期刊名称】中国瓜菜 【年(卷),期】2017(030)009 【总页数】4

Abstract:The influence of four graftingmethods(cuttage grafting,both-root-cut cuttage grafting,approach grafting,cut grafting)on the plantgrowth and fruit characters ofmuskmelon was studied,in this research,muskmelon‘M135’was used as scion,‘QNTJ’was used as rootstock and self-rooted as CK.The results showed that the grafted plants were generally found enhanced plant growth and increased fruit yield than self-rooted plants.Muskmelon treated by cuttage grafting method exhibited the highest fruit yield(2 788.89 kg per 667 m2)and
