摘 要
本论文论述了单层钢结构厂房的焊接结构设计和焊接工艺的制作,针对跨度为24米的钢结构厂房,结合《钢结构设计手册》、《建筑结构载荷规范》等资料首先选择了结构整体用钢的型号然后进行了钢结构厂房整体平面结构的布置,起重机的型号选取,根据沈阳地区的自然情况对刚架结构进行了设计以及强度校核,选择了合适的柱脚和牛腿以及刚架柱与梁等节点,并且选取合适的柱间支撑和屋顶水平支撑等保证强度的维护体系,参照《GB985.1-2008》和《焊接手册》等资料选择了丝极埋弧焊和二氧化碳气体保护焊的焊接方法进行施工,并设计了坡口形式和尺寸等参数的焊接工艺,还叙述了钢结构厂房的现场施工工艺流程,和施工注意事项。

Abstract
This paper discusses the structural design and welding process of welding of the singlelayer steel structure workshop production,for steel structure workshop of 24 span, first select the model of structural steel as a whole and the overall layout of the planar structure of the steel structure workshop, crane model selection, combined with \\Shenyang, design and strength check of steel-framed structures, and select the appropriate level of support and roof support column ensuring the strength to maintain the system. Reference to \ arc welding and the Carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding,and design the groove type and the size and other Welding parameters, it also describes the site of the steel plant construction process, and Construction Notes .
