摘 要
本文结合企业文化的相关概念和理论，对于华为技术有限公司 的企业文化发展现状进行剖析，并比较同行业其他企业的企业文化发展现状，为华为技术有限公司 企业文化的进一步发展指明了方向。
本文主要分成五个部分：第一部分为本文研究的方法介绍；第二部分简单介绍了企业文化的基本涵义和新的发展方向；第三部分介绍了华为技术有限公司 、及企业文化现状，并分析了企业存在的问题；第四部分具体的分析了公司存在的问题并对问题存在的原因加以分析；第五部分是针对第四部分问题的剖析找出相应的对策；
加强企业文化建设，能够科学整合企业生产要素，引导企业形成共同价值观，增强企业凝聚力，构建和谐企业，使企业在激烈的市场竞争中实现可持续发展。不同企业更要建设不同特色的企业文化，企业价值观决定着企业的发展方向。

Abstract
According to related concepts and entretrprise culture theory, the enterprise culture to Liaoning Hua Damu Industry company development status analysis and comparison of the enterprise cultue industry and other enterprises development present situation , the corporate culture of Huawei Industry pointed out the direction of futher development.
This paper is divided into five parts: the first part of this research methodology for the introduction ; The second part of a brief introduction enterprises culture and the basic connotation of the new development; The third part of the historical background, and enterprise culture, and analyses the problems; The forth part of concrete analysis of the company and analysing the causes of problems; The fifth part is to analyze the problem of the fourth part of the countermeasures ；
Strengthening the development of culture, science integrated enterprise production and guide enterprises in developing a common values, enhance of enterprise to coagulate, harmonious enterprises, enterprises in fierce market competition to achieve sustainable development. various businesses to different characteristics of the corporate culture, values on the development of the enterprise.
