64排螺旋CT的脑静脉系统血管成像效果及临床应用

【摘要】目的 探讨64排螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)的图像重建显示脑静脉的临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析我院脑静脉显示正常的60例患者,采用64排螺旋CTA,减影软件图像处理后观察脑静脉.结果 60例脑静脉经64排螺旋CTA显示清晰完整,较大静脉的显示率为100%,较小的静脉窦(如蝶顶窦、岩上窦等)显示率为95%.结论 64排螺旋CTA对脑静脉系统显示清晰完整,值得临床推广使用.%Objective To investigate the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography (CTA) for cerebral venous system. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases with normal cerebral venous were analyzed retrospectively,64-slice spiral CTA was used and cerebral venous was observed after subtraction software image processing. Results 60 cases of cerebral venous displayed by 64-slice CTA were clear and complete,the display rate of larger veins was 100%,the smaller venous sinus such as superior petrosal sinus,sphenoparietal sinus also had a higher display rate of 95%. Conclusion The 64-slice spiral CTA displays cerebral venous system clearly and completely,which is worthy of clinical use.
