我国丘陵地区土地整理的探讨

摘要：土地整理在促进土地资源的合理利用，提高土地产出率以及保护环境等方面发挥了重要作用。我国虽然地大物博，但土地利用现状仍令人担忧。所以搞好土地整理工作对于我国搞好耕地动量平衡等工作有着不言而喻的重要性。而丘陵地区在我国有着比较特殊的地理特征，在丘陵地区如何搞好土地整理工作就又成为一个新的课题。在土地整理的实际工作中，经常会用到土方量的计算。本文就在丘陵地区进行土地整理工作时用到的土方量计算进行了探讨。 关键词：丘陵.土地整理.现状.土方量

So make the land sorting work to make for the our country the equilibrium etc. in momentum in farmland work have got the obvious importance. But the mound region has got the special geography characteristic in the our country, at how the mound region make the land tidies up the work and then become again a new lesson. In land tidy up of actual work, will usually use the soil the calculation that square measures.This text the soil that use when the mound region proceeds the land the sorting the work the square measures the calculation proceeded the study.

不同的历史时期和不同的国家、地区，政府和土地使用者对土地利用方式及对土地的需求是不同的。随着社会经济、环境的变化，国家对土地需求、调控政策以及土地使用者的意愿、价值观、经济能力和水平也会发生相应变化，因此，国家必然要对土地利用状况作合理的组织和调整，以促进土地的高效合理利用，土地整理便应运而生。
