【摘要】Objective:To explore the effect of anesthesia and operation before and after anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic lithotomy position posture in-tervention way. Methods:select 150 cases of patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation in our hospital, were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 75 cases in each group. The control group after anesthesia standard lithotomy position operation before anesthesia, the observation group stan-dard lithotomy position, compared 2 groups of blood pressure, heart rate index and complications, surgical operation, nursing comfort satisfaction survey results. Results:the patients in the control group in the process of nursing observation group compared to blood pressure, heart rate fluctuation more obviously (P<0.05). The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The observation group 61 patients are very satisfied, satisfied in 13 cases, the total satisfaction of 98.7%, very satisfactory rate and total satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group (P<0.05), the 2 group operation satisfac-tion were 100% (P >0.05).
