杭州导游职业倦怠及对策研究
摘 要
如今，旅游已成为人们渡过休闲时光的重要途径。导游是旅游业中的核心人物，随着游客的需求逐日提高，导游受到的压力不断变大，导游也成为职业倦怠的高发人群。导游的职业倦怠将影响个人的职业，游客的旅游质量，并由此影响到整个旅游业的整体质量及对城市的整体印象。因此，职业倦怠也是众多学者研究的热点，通过实证研究，提出可行性对策，以完善和促进旅游业良好发展。
本研究通过运用职业倦怠等调查问卷对杭州职业倦怠现状进行调查研究，研究表明：杭州导游职业倦怠水平偏高，尤其情绪衰竭相对严重；人口统计变量对职业倦怠具有不同程度影响；杭州导游知觉压力较大，与职业倦怠呈显著正相关；杭州导游生活满意度不高，生活满意度与职业倦怠呈显著负相关。 在对杭州导游职业倦怠原因分析的基础上，本文从个人自身和组织社会层面提出了缓解导游职业倦怠建议。

Abstract
Today, tourism has become an important way to spend leisure time. Travel guides are among the key figures,and with the increased needs and demands of tourists day by day, the pressure is increaseing too. Tour guide has become a high risk of burnout. Burnout will affect the tour guide's individual career , the quality of tourists, and thus affect the overall quality of the tourism industry and the overall impression of the city. Therefore, many researcher are focus on the burnout,and through empirical study in order to improve and promote the development of the tourism of Hangzhou.
The results show that the job burnout levels of Hangzhou tour is high,especially the emotional exhaustion is more serious; the demographic variables have varying degrees of impact of burn out; Hangzhou guide perceived more pressure, and show a significant positive correlation with burnout; Hangzhou guide life satisfaction is not high , life satisfaction and job burnout has a significant negative correlation. Then I based on the analysis of Hangzhou guide in the cause of burnout . This study put forward mitigation recommendation foguide burnout from individuals their own and the social dimensions of organizations.
