（一）抓学习，不断提高自身素质。
1、加强思想政治学习及专业知识学，提高政治素质。主要学习公司相关精神，物资管理、计算机操作、工商管理等知识，以求不断提高自身素。 （二）强化工作职能，搞好成品管理。
1、我主要负责砂状、铝法、粒状成品管理，在工作中能够严格要求自己，保证入库、出库、领料的数据准确。
2、当班期间，认真协调入库及准确及时入库。
3、物资发放，能认真执行物资发放规定，敢于坚持原则不徇私情，保证成品发货的准确性。
4、报表制作，四点班除了提高发货效率外，还要认真收集数据，合理编制，以自己最大能力为领导们提供极尽可能准确的数据。
5、做好仓库管理工作，尽可能将库内打并整洁，及时除理烂袋，根据情况整理库房，并积极向5S管理靠近。 三、存在问题及明年工作计划
辞旧迎新，在总结本年工作的同时，针对自己工作中存在的性格急躁，不善讲究工作方式等问题也要端正态度、努力克服。我对明年工作也提出了初步设想，一是继续加强理论学习，牢固树立“服务是第一位”的观念，二是继续加强业务学习，积极争取参加各类培训班，做业务上的行家能手，提高工作效率，使工作再上新台阶；三是账目方面，我要努力学好计算机为以后的企业资源规划（ERP）等网络管理做好充分准备。

1、劳务队管理还需进一步加强，其人员的不确定性，工作模式的粗放化，为成品质量及发货效率都带来了极为滞后的不利因素。
2、市场信息收集不够详细。比如硅法发货，在无法控制其不合格品产生的情况下，应提供一定的客户要求信息，以便合理存放。
3、相关部门对质量意识还不够强，甚至有妥协的味道。不合格品怎能熟视无睹，还没有一套合理的相关制度，仅限于简单的不合格申请，万万不能。 4、外购料管理力度不够。到现在为止，还没有一套接受的品质指标，什么指标该接收，什么指标不该接收，做不到一目了然，为使用及退库带来了一定的隐患，也希望不要为外购料加上太多的朦胧意味。
