【摘要】Objective To explore the one-stage reconstruction effects of anterior cruciate ligament( ACL ) and posterior cruciate ligament( PCL ) under arthroscopy. Methods 11 cases were treated with ACL and PCL reconstruction under one-stage arthroscopy and repaired other structures of knee. The outcome was measured from the following aspects: complication, range of the knee and Lysholm scoring. Results 11 cases were followed up from 12 to 36 months. 10 patients could meet daily life and there was 1 patient who had slight knee stiffness and had pain and instability. One patient's feeling and sports function of the general peroneal nerve recovered to the normal level. The movement ranges of the knee were 78. 6° ± 10. 3° preoperatively and 121. 0° ± 10. 5° postoperatively. Lysholm scores of the knee function was 37. 5 ± 5. 3 preoperatively and 82. 5 ± 6. 3 postoperatively. Conclusions One-stage combined reconstructing the ACL and PCL under arthroscopy and repairing other structures of knee is an effective method to treat traumatic dislocation of the knee.%目的 探讨一期关节镜下重建前交叉韧带(ACL)及后交叉韧带(PCL)的疗效.方法 一期在关节镜下联合重建11例患者ACL及PCL,并修补其它膝关节结构.评估患者术后并发症、膝关节活动度,使用
