阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎87例临床疗效观察

【摘要】目的：对小儿支原体肺炎患者采用阿奇霉素治疗，观察和分析其治疗的临床效果。方法将87例患儿按照随机数字表法分成两组，即对照组45例和试验组42例。对照组：对患儿采用止咳和退热以及红霉素等方法治疗；试验组：止咳和退热治疗基础上加用阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎，对两组患儿的退热时间、止咳时间和住院时间进行比较。结果试验组和对照组的治疗有效率分别为97.6%(41/42)、84.4%(38/45)；此外，试验组患者的止咳时间和退热时间对照组，差异显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但是，两组患者的住院时间进行比较(P>0.05)。结论临床上，对小儿支原体肺炎患者采用阿奇霉素治疗，有效地改善患者的临床症状，减轻患儿的痛苦，促进其健康成长。%Objective to pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia were treated by azithromycin treatment, the observation and analysis of the clinical effect of treatment. Methods 87 cases were divided into two groups according to random number table method, namely the control group 45 cases and treatment group 42 cases. Control group: the children with cough and fever and erythromycin treatment; Experimental group: application of azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia, the two groups of children with fever, cough, time and length of hospital stay.
