摘 要水是人类的生命之源。水污染危害人体健康、渔业和农业生产,还会

对生态系统造成危害,所以对水污染治理是势在必行的。本设计是辽宁省沈阳市的城市排水工程。本设计的目的是缓解当地城市发展与环境保护之间的矛盾,改善居民生活环境,提高城市形象。设计内容包括城市排水管网系统的设计、城市污水处理厂的设计和投资估算与技术经济评价。

排水管网系统共设计了A和B两套方案,经过技术经济比较,选择B方案。根据城市所处的地理位置和污水厂的规模,并结合考虑需脱氮除磷的要求,城市污水处理厂设计采用倒置A2/O(RAAO)工艺。该工艺污水处理流程为:粗格栅→泵房→细格栅→钟式沉砂池→初沉池→缺氧池→厌氧池→好氧池→二沉池→消毒池→巴氏计量堰→出水排放。通过此工艺的处理,出水水质将达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级B标准。

Abstract

Water is described as the essential natural resources in people’s life. Water pollution is hazardous to human’s health, fishery and agriculture, and also can be harmful to eco-system. Thus, it is imperative to control water pollution.This projection is a drainage system of Shenyang, Liaoning Province. It aims to protect the residential environment and enhance the city image. Design of urban drainage pipeline network, design of the urban sewage treatment plant, investment estimate and technical and economic evalua-tion of the sewage treatment plant are included in this projection.

Two sets of schemes of the drainage pipeline network are designed altogether. After compared in technical and economic aspects, scheme B is choosen.According to the city’s geographical position and scale of the sevage treatment plant, combining with the demand of denitrification and dephosphorization in the treatment process, the sewage treatment plant is designed as RAAO technology. The sewage disposal procedure is: the coarse grille→the pumping station→the fine grille→the grit pool→the preliminary set-tling tank→the anoxc pool→the anaerobic pool→the oxic pool→the secondary settling tank→the disinfection tank→Parshall flume→discharged into the river. After the treat-ment of this technology, the quality of water disposed will reach the first class B standard of《pollutant discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant 》(GB18918-2002 ).
