桥梁单缝式与模数式伸缩缝的病害及维修养护工艺

摘 ;要：通过分析目前高速公路桥梁常用的两种单缝式和模数式伸缩缝的常见病害，提出了相应的施工方法和养护工艺。引出具体的维修技术方案，达到延长伸缩缝使用年限，保障桥梁结构运营安全，提高桥梁的运营质量的目的。可为公路桥梁伸缩缝养护管理提供理论支持和经验参考。

The specific maintenance technical scheme is introduced to extend the service life of the expansion joint， guarantee the safety of the operation of the bridge structure and improve the operation quality of the bridge， which can provide theoretical support and experience reference for the maintenance and management of highway bridge expansion joints. 数据显示至2018年底，我国公路总里程突破484.65万公里，其中公路桥梁数量已超过85.15万座，全国桥梁总里程数超过5568万米，正在服役中的伸缩缝超过2000万米[1]。目前随着公路交通量急剧增加，人们对行车舒适性、安全性及桥梁的使用寿命等要求越来越高， 高等级公路逐渐由建转向养的客观形势下，桥梁伸缩缝养护效率直接影响公众服务观感。本文讨论的内容，可以为桥梁伸缩缝养护选择适当方法提供参考。 1 桥梁单缝式与模数式伸缩缝分类及适用
桥梁伸缩缝装置是桥梁结构的重要组成部分，目前高等级公路应用单缝式和模数式两种型钢伸缩缝较多。
