3种临床用药方案治疗社区获得性肺炎的经济效果分析

【摘要】目的 探讨3种不同的临床治疗方案用于社区获得性肺炎(CAP)治疗的经济效果.方法 运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法对美洛西林钠静脉滴注(A组)、美洛西林舒巴坦钠静脉滴注(B组)、头孢美唑静脉滴注(C组)进行回顾性分析评价.结果 3种药物治疗方案成本分别为1 935.5、1 806.8、1 998.1元;细菌清除率分别为90.32%、96.8%、93.10%(P>0.05);成本-效果比分别为19.74、18.63、20.83;有效率分别为93%、97%、96%(P<0.05).结论 综合考虑美洛西林舒巴坦钠静脉滴注为CAP治疗较佳方案.%Objective To investigate the economic effects of 3 kinds of different clinical care plans to treat community acquired pneumonia.Methods Using the pharmaco economic cost-effect analytic method to 3 kinds of therapeutic reginens.Group

infusion.Group B used mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium by intravenous infusion.Group C used cefmetazole sodium by intravenous infusion.Results For group A,B and C,the costs were respectively 1 835.5 Yuan,1 806.8Yuan,1 998.1Yuan;bacterial clearance rates were 90.32％ , 96.8％ , 93.10％ respectively ( P ＞ 0.05).The effective rates were 93 ％ , 97％ ,96 ％ (P＜0.05).Conclusion In comparison, group B has better effect than the other two groups.
