【摘要】Objectives This study aims to investigate the effects of ginsenoside Rg3 on the proliferation and migration of Caco-2 cells.Methods Inhibition of Caco-2 proliferation,apoptosis indexes within human colon cancer cell line Caco-2 cells were respec-tively detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium ( MTT) ,flow cytometry ( FCM) and Electron Microscope Technology.Results Differ-ent concentrations of TP showed significant inhibitory effects on human colon cancer cell line Caco-2.Conclusions TP can promote the apoptosis of human colon cancer cell line Caco-2.%目的：研究阿司匹林对人结肠癌耐药细胞株Caco－2增殖和凋亡的影响。方法采用四甲基偶氮唑盐（ MTT）法测定阿司匹林对Caco－2增殖抑制的影响，流式细胞术（ FCM）法检测细胞凋亡指数，电镜等技术。结果不同浓度的阿司匹林对人结肠癌耐药细胞株Caco－2有较强的抑制作用，且呈剂量及时间依赖性。结论阿司匹林能够显著抑制人结肠癌耐药细胞株Caco－2增殖及诱导凋亡。 【总页数】3页(32-33,34)
