warning,supervision measures to carry out the situation,problem and a series of interventions were evaluated and summaried.Results Through one years continuously monitouing,the hospital admit ed cases multi-resistant bacteria top three department distribution,mainly Intensive care unit,respiration medicine,neurological surgery.Common multidrug resistant strains,had no signifaicant dif erence compared with the domestic reports;multi drug resistant bacteria prevention and conreol measures put in place or not,was directly related to the existence of nosocomial transmission.Conclusion Multiple drug-resistant bacteria monitoring,can discover the disteibution of multidrug resistance bacteria departments, according to the characteristics of hospital and
