PURPOSE: To realize a high voltage block device which is easily assembled and excellent in insulating properties by a method wherein a recess where a
transformer core is fitted and a fastening pawl which holds the transformer core as it is fitted to the recess are provided onto a terminal board. ;CONSTITUTION: Recesses 6a and 6b where a primary lower core 7b and a secondary lower core 9b are fitted are provided to a terminal board 6. Fastening pawls 6c and 6d which hold the cores 7b and 9b are also provided. By this setup, a core can be easily mounted on a terminal board when a high voltage block device is assembled. An assembly is molded with resin,
