【摘要】Induced pluripotent stem cells ( iPS cells ) hold great potential in regenerative medicine.However, im-paired genomic integrity of iPS cells, which is often as-sociated with tumorigenicity and other potential risks, hinders their potential clinical applications.The grant entitled as \regulatory mechanism of chromosome stability during iPS cell reprogramming\supported by National Basic Research Program of China has been car-ried out for approximately five years.Under the finan-cial supports from this project, in order to address the scientific question \stability during reprogram-ming \of original discoveries.Here, we summarized the project back-ground, original findings and the future directions.%诱导多能干细胞(iPS细胞)在再生医学与个体化治疗中有着巨大的优势和潜力,但iPS细胞的基因组稳定性较低带来的致瘤性等潜在风险阻碍了其临床应用.在2012年国家重大科学研究计划\细胞重编程过程中染色体稳定性调控的机制研究\项目资助下,我们围绕\重编程中染色体稳定性的分子调控机制是什么?\这一科学问题,取得了一系列原创性的研究成果,为发展提高iPS细胞基因组稳定性以及其质量的方法奠定了理论基础.本文总结了项目的研究背景,取得的研究进展和今后的发展方向.
