【摘要】Objective To observe the clinical effect of inhalation therapy for many times in treatment of capillary bronchitis.Methods Dividing 78 children with capillary bronchitis into two groups— the observed group(39 samples) and the controlled group (39 samples). All the sampled children received inhalation therapy after offered conventional nursing and necessary treatments, such as prevent -ing asthma, oxygen treatment, sucking sputum by patting back and wiping off the cause of diseases . The observed group received inhalation therapy for 6 times, while the controlled group twice. Results For the observed group’s, the time of clinical symptoms, signs of remission and time of being in hospital is shorter than that of the controlled group; the days of injected glucocorticoid and times of sputum suction are less than those of the controlled group. Conclusion The clinical effect of inhalation therapy for many times in treatment of capillary bronchitis is effective, which is worth popularizing.%目的观察多次雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将78例本科住院毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组(39例)和对照组(39例)，两组均在镇静、平喘、吸氧、拍背吸痰、去除病因等治疗和常规护理的基础上予雾化吸入治疗。观察组采用多次（6次）雾化吸入，对照组常规予
