病案教学法在急诊见习教学中的应用

【摘要】目的:探讨急诊医学临床见习教学中病案教学法与传统教学法的教学效果。方法随机抽取2011年10月-2014年10月在北京朝阳医院实习的32名五年制医学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用病案教学法,对照班采用传统教学法,并针对两个教学效果进行对比分析。结果在急诊医学教学中,病案教学法的教学效果明显优于传统教学法,两组的平均考试成绩分别是79.4±6.5和89.1±7.3分(P<0.05)。结论病案教学法可以既增强学生学习兴趣,提高学生的课堂注意力和增强记忆效果,又可以培养学生的临床思维和沟通能力。%Objective To investigate the teaching effect between the case-based study and traditional teaching method in emergency medicine practice teaching.Methods 32 medical interns of five-year were randomly selected as research objects from October 2011 to October 2014 in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital. They were randomly divided into 2 groups: the experimental group, and the control group. Case-based teaching method was used in the experimental group while the traditional teaching method was used in the control group, then conducted a comparative analysis on the teaching effect between the two groups.Results In the teaching of emergency medicine, case-based teaching method was obviously superior to the traditional teaching
