【摘要】Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women.The occurrence, development, metastasis of breast cancer and its drug resistance are closely related to the intracellular signaling pathways, including the NF-κB signaling pathway.Insight into the mechanism of NF-κB signaling pathway is important for understanding the pathogenesis and seeking effective therapeutic targets of breast cancer.This paper reviews the research progress of NF-κB signaling pathway and its role in the development of breast cancer.%乳腺癌是女性中常见的恶性肿瘤之一.乳腺癌的发生、发展、转移及耐药与细胞内的信号通路密切相关,其中NF-κB信号通路尤为重要.深入了解NF-κB信号通路的作用机制,对于研究乳腺癌发病机制和寻找新的治疗靶点至关重要.本文对NF-κB信号通路在乳腺癌发生及发展中的作用进行综述. 【总页数】5页(128-132)
