64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影的护理配合研究

【摘要】目的：探讨64排螺旋 CT 冠状动脉造影的护理配合措施。方法将2014年11月～2015年11月间在我院接受64排螺旋 CT 冠状动脉造影检查的140例患者分为两组，观察组（70例）采用优质护理，对照组（70例）采用常规护理。结果观察组患者未出现过敏、肾衰竭等不良反应，护理满意度较高，两组差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论优质护理能够提高64排螺旋 CT 冠状动脉造影图像质量，效果显著，值得推广。%Objective To make a research on nursing cooperation method with 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. Methods From November 2014 to November 2015, 140 patients who were given 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in hospital were divided into two groups. 70 patients in study group were given high-quality nursing, while, another 70 patients in control group were given conventional nursing. Results For patients in study group, no one suffered from side-effects of allergy and kidney failure and their satisfaction rate was higher than that in control group. There was a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing is quite beneficial to promote imaging quality of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography; thus, such a nursing method is quite worthwhile to be
