【摘要】目的：优选防己中粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的最佳提取工艺。方法：以总生物碱的含量和浸膏的率为考察指标，采用正交试验，考察提取溶媒的浓度、提取时间、提取次数和提取溶媒的用量对提取的影响，确定了防己中粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的最佳提取工艺。结果：最佳提取工艺条件是：以6倍量60％乙醇提取3次，每次1小时。结论：优选得到的提取工艺得率高，操作简便易行。%Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Fangchinoline and Tetrandrine
