多药耐药基因PgP、ToPo-Ⅱ、GST-π与Ki-67在肺癌中
的表达及其临床病理学意义

【摘要】Objective: To explore the expression and the significance of drug resistance genes PgP, ToPo - Ⅱ , GST -π and nuclear proliferation antigen Ki -67 in lung cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry (SP) was used to examined the expression levels of drug resistance genes PgP, ToPo - Ⅱ , GST - π and nuclear proliferation antigen Ki - 67 in 58 samples of lung cancer tissues. Results:The positive rates of PgP,ToPo -Ⅱ and GST - π in lung carcinoma were 17. 1% ,79. 1% ,72. 3% ,the expression rate of ToPo - Ⅱ in squamous cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer was obviously higher than in adenocarcinoma tissues ( P < 0. 05) , the expression rate of PgP and GST - π had no difference; co - expression of three markers was obvious higher in lymph node metastasis tissue than without lymph node metastasis tissue(P <0. 05) ;The expression rate of Ki —67 had no relation in three markers of drug resistance genes and cancer type. Conclusion: Drug - resistence of lung cancer is related to multidrug resistence protein, it is important to combined detect the expression of multidrug resistence for clinically choosing reasonable chemotherapy drugs and prevent drug resistance.%
